Booking Inquiries For Live Performances

Thanks for your interest in booking Mike Pavelka for your next live performance, event or festival.  Please use the following form to submit a reservation inquiry.

At this time we are taking both paid and volunteer-based performance requests.  We are blessed to have our own Pro Sound audio equipment and mixer board; thus, rentals will not be necessary.  If possible, please provide specific details and requests in the designated area near the end of the form.  We politely ask for an up-front deposit for paid bookings in order to guarantee our availability on your specific date.  Thank you again and God’s Blessings!
